实习公司为跨国投行Banking Industry 或者金融机构,例如但不局限于HSBC,CitiGroup, State Street,Credit Suisse,BNP Paribas 等等金融机构,实习均为全职无薪工作,所以如果在校学生有课程的同学请谨慎考虑。实习地点在悉尼
Part 1:  投资银行&世界金融市场实战培训
课程设置:
Session one and two: Introduction of the fund administration industry (6 hours)
  • Structure of fund administration
  • Fund administration division and define administrator’s roles
  • Rules and regulations
  • Identify regulatory filings and framework governing fund administration
  • How all the parties involved working together

Session three: Introduction to Derivatives (3 hours)
  • History of the derivatives
  • What are the derivatives
  • Types of different derivatives: Exchanged traded and OTC
  • Major parties involved in the derivative markets
  • How to use the derivatives in the reality

Session four: Fund administration application on the ETD products (future and options) (6 hours)
  • Fund administrator’s role by using the opposite account
  • How to book the margin and the effect of the margin instructions

  • How to sum up the total for unrealized value on the futures

Session Seven: Corporate actions events introduction and fund administration treatments (3 hours)

Session Eight: Introduction to fund accounting and custody (6 hours)
  • Fund accountants’ duties and engine room of the industry

  • Assets, liabilities and equity components on the balance sheets for every single fund.
  • Check the income statements for every fund
  • How to calculate the NAV (net asset value) for the funds for the clients’ deliverables

We all know what good writing is. It’s the novel we can’t put down, the poem we never forgot, and the speech that changes the way we look at the world. Good writing is the memo that gets action and the letter that says what a phone call can’t.
In business writing, the language is concrete, the point of view is clear, and the points are well expressed. Good writing is hard work, and even the best writers get discouraged. However, with practice you can feel more confident about your own writing. This two-day workshop will give participants the tools to become better writers.
Specific learning objectives include:
1.   The value of good written communication.
2.   How to write and proofread your work so it is clear, concise, complete, and correct.
3.   How to apply these skills in real world situations.
4.   Understanding the proper format for memos, letters, and e-mails.

Day 2-Effective email communication (3 Hours)
As a follow up to previous course of “Business Writing”, a recent international workplace survey has found that 83% of Australians use email, Internet, or both while at work and most are convinced it makes them more productive.
The survey by global recruitment agency, Kelly Services, found that the use of online communications has extended across most of the workforce with only 9% using neither email nor Internet. Do people respond to your emails in the way you want them to? Or do they seem to ignore them, or miss important information? And are you sure that you're making the best possible impression with your emails?
When you compose an email message, there are some simple rules that you can follow to ensure that your emails make a positive impression, and get you the response you want. We'll look at these here, and we'll illustrate the points we're talking about with both good and bad examples at the end of each section
The survey highlights the pervasive use of email and growing trend in modern business communication within Australia. Some 35% of workers said they received high levels of emails that were either time wasting or unnecessary. This evidently points to the volume of emails that are directed to people without a clear purpose.
Like any tool, it is important that all professional individuals take time to learn and know to effectively integrate online tools into their daily work routine, and gain maximum benefit.
This course will give participants the tips & tricks, how to use email communication effectively.

Day 4-Research and Effective Reading Skills (6 hours)
In this age of information overload, it can be hard to know where to find good information that you can trust. If you’re doing research for an important project, report, or proposal, how do you find information that you can count on?
This one-day workshop will teach you how to research any topic using a number of different tools. We will start with basic techniques, such as reading, memory recall, note-taking, and planning. We will also talk about creating different kinds of outlines for different stages of your project, and how to move from the outline to actual writing, editing, and polishing. Most importantly, we will talk about how to use all kinds of sources, including a library’s Dewey Decimal System, journals, and the Internet.
After you complete this course, you’ll be ready to find reliable information on any topic, and turn that information into a compelling, accurate piece of writing
This workshop will help you teach participants how to:
