今天新闻看到

好消息， SUPER（养老金）将会增加。
以前公司付员工 9% 的养老金。很快，公司要付员工12%的养老金。
虽然我们年轻，但也得为退休后的生活打算！！

还有几十年啊.

If the salary is not increased, then means nothing to us.

不如直接加薪9%, 比12%的养老金實際多了

heard this news too ... but good or bad?! it's still too early to say
lets hope for the best and prepare for the worst that the cash component goes up whereas the total remuneration package remains unchanged >.<
