Found is supplier issue, they connect my internet to exchange tower too very far area. Decided to change the supplier now. Thank you. But after changing the router, it did improve only a little  bit not too much,. Thank you for everyone's help.

If do not purchase it, Supplier will say that is your router issue. At end, they tell me the truth, they connect us to very far place.......However, thank you for your help and advise.

以前我房東也有類似的問題
我幫他測了一下
發現是 ISP 的問題
可是 ISP 硬要說是我房東的 router 有問題
我就告訴房東
叫房東跟 ISP 說已經換過至少3個不同品牌的router了
可是問題還是一樣(當然是騙ISP的啦)
雖然我很不喜歡騙人
可是對付他們
我只能昧著良心了
最後
ISP 偷偷的把速度調回來了
還打死不承認
哈
所以我能理解你的問題啦

不是
結論應該是搬到機房裡面睡覺
因為裡面有冷氣
而且上網速度快
