Unfortunately I need to Break Lease at my current rental property in fortitude valley

The furnitures will be sell for $2000 with 2 fridges 2 sofa 2 queen bed 2 table and everything you need.

Currently my lease is set to finish on 18/10/16. I am looking for someone who would be willing to take over and signed the new lease for next half year or a year contract. The second reoom already have sharemates- couple who are living there for half year so you dont need to find share mates to share.

The unit is located in Arthur St, Fortitude Valley. The complex contains a pool, BBQ area and car park.

The apartment is a large, spacious, open-plan, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms one study room. It features an open living area and large balcony. The bathroom contains a spacious spa bath. Other features include a washing machine and a dishwasher!
