２.８以后递交ＴＲ或ＰＲ的筒子，都会受到新政策影响。新政策具体变动内容会在30 April 2010发布。

这次改革主要涉及: 1. the outcomes of a review of the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL)

2. the replacement of the current Skilled Occupation List (SOL) in the second half of 2010
offshore GSM visas made before 1 September 2007 would be capped and ceased

３. priority processing arrangements

４. skills assessment requirements for GSM applicants nominating a trade occupation.

新政策将会在年中实施（Ｍｉｄ－２0１0）。

２.８以前递交ＴＲ或者ＰＲ的筒子，在31 December ２0１２前暂不受新政策影响，这主要指职位清单上的紧缺职位，但ＰＲ的优先审批顺序可能会受到影响（如果CSL有新的变动的话）
