这个价格也不全是FB管理层的, 帮它承办IPO的投行才是最会忽悠的

投行炒起来，帮助他的一些客户套利。最后做空机构去short FB的share。。股价大跌。。。。。。

科技股基本上都是overprice了。。。大家对这种公司太乐观了。。pay 太高的期望。。最后结果往往没有想象的好
