We are seeking a Chinese speaking Sales assistant/ administrator for our small sales office to support the growing business here. They need to be positive, outgoing person with a vibrant personality to handle the day-to-day administration tasks of our sales office with the scope to learn and gain sales experience within the industry, as well as understanding of Technology and Telecommunications. Huge learning potential and career development working with the Engineering and production team, and alongside Director of Tongyu Australia. Your duties will consist of; Following up sales enquiries and quotes
Communicate and work with the factory to support the business.
Incoming sales call overflow, once fully trained.
Updating our customer tracking and database.
Initiating new customer leads and consulting when needed.
Present to customer on products and solutions when trained.
Other general administration duties as required such as office expenses etc. Candidates will be required to exhibit the following attributes: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including mail, excel, word, PowerPoint is essential.

Tertiary education not necessary but will be considered. Location We have a lovely 2-3-person office in North Sydney with great facilities and views. Train station is right near by. Salary $40-$45K depending on candidate.
