写一封事件 经过，要证人签字，交给你的保险公司。

We will cover your vehicle for loss or damage arising from an accident/event caused by the driver of an uninsured vehicle.
You may only claim under this policy extension if:
•you show to our satisfaction that the accident/event was the fault of the uninsured driver and we agree; and
•you supply to us the make, type and registration number of the other vehicle and the correct name and address of that driver.

这是RACQ 的第三险，如果对方没有insurance，你自己claim, 但你需要知道对方的 车的车牌， 地址和姓名，希望警察可以提供给你吧
