MENTAL HEALTH
Best Ways to learn :
  • By talking with others
  • BY listening to experiences of other people
  • By sharing the knowledge we all have

Three important things:

  • Our Bodies -- physical
  • Our Minds  -- thoughts
  • Our Relationships -- with ourselves, with each other, with our faith, with our communities

What is Mental Health?

  • The way how we feel about ourselves
  • The way we feel about other people
  • The way we are able to meet the demands of life

Staying Mentally Healthy

  • Pay attention to our own needs and feelings
  • Don't let stress and negative emotions bulid up
  • Try to maintain a balance between our daily responsibilities and the things we enjoy

How to care for ourselves

  • Reach out for Support
  • Adopt Healthy Eating and Drinking Habits
  • Exercise Regularly
  • Get Enough Sleep
