位置：Tanah Merah Ave, Tanah Merah. 步行5分钟到Hyperdome Shopping center。开车半分钟进M1，向北20分钟到city，向南30分钟到Gold Coast。

公交：200米步行到bus站，有553，656，566。直达city。过马路是Hyperdome Shopping center的bus总站，各种去Griffith，Garden city，QUT，UQ的车。

环境：离M1和shopping mall这么近的房子却是一点也不吵，因为是2000平的地，所以离马路很远。适合睡眠轻的人居住。

房屋情况：整个house2层，有分别的门进入，生活不会有交集。1层是2室1厅1卫浴整租出去。2层只是房主一人，单身女生，所以不会有乱七八糟的人出现在你的视野。房主是大咧咧的东北女生，特别好相处，曾经也是留学生，所以不会计较算计。

要求：唯一的要求是11pm-9am期间要安静，要安静，要安静。其他时间怎么吵都可以，只要别让邻居报警就好，这段睡觉的时间不能有太大的声音。所以狗狗，小baby，抱歉都不能接受。

租金：
1。整租$260/w不包bill。和房主三个人share哦。

刚刚买的房子换了新的抽油烟机，水龙头等等。你要是要网可以立刻开通unlimited的给你。需要什么家具也提前一周说。一定会尽力满足你。还有这些都不会和你算钱的。
