how much for body corp fee, city council fee, water rate?
how much will be the rental fee?
could you give me a estimate ROI rate and how you calculate it?

Thank you for your replay.
the body corp is $55 per week.
City conciil fee is $1200 per annum
water rate depends how much you use.

The estimated rental return is $410-420 per week unfrunished.
