Perth unit rents up 31% in past year

佩斯unit房租去年暴涨30.56%，达$470/周The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in Perthin the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $470 per week.

其次是regional Queensland，大涨 23.81%，达到$390 per week

排在涨幅第3名的是新州边远地区regional NSW, 涨幅22.95%, 达到$375 per week

悉尼排在第5, 涨幅15.56%, Unit房租达到$520/周

布里斯班：涨幅14.29%, Unit房租达到$400/周

墨尔本，涨幅13.89%, Unit房租达到$410/周

堪培拉：涨幅10.23%, Unit房租达到$485/周

阿德莱德排在房租涨幅榜最后，年涨幅为5.36%, Unit房租达到$295/周

这个计算方法有问题，这么便宜的房租肯定都算上偏远地区了
